A free quiz night game for your TV
Turn any TV or laptop into a quiz show. Mission Control puts the questions on the big screen, everyone answers on their own phone, and the rarest right answer launches a rocket through space. Great for family get-togethers, birthdays, holiday parties and quiz nights with friends.

How it works
- Pick the questions. Open Mission Control on a laptop or computer. Choose a topic (movies, music, food, geography, history, science, sport, space and more) or hand-pick the questions. Set 5, 7 or 10 questions and how long everyone gets.
- Put it on the TV. Connect the laptop to the TV, or cast the browser tab to it. Any screen everyone can see works.
- Everyone joins on their phone. Players scan the QR code on the TV, or go to spaceillion.com/party and type the code, then pick a name. No app, no account.
- Play, reveal, cheer. Each reveal shows what most people said and the answers only one person found, and the rarest answer flies the rocket past the Moon, Mars and beyond. The podium crowns whoever flew furthest.
A quiz where the obvious answer loses
Every question has hundreds of right answers, and the one the fewest people gave scores the most. Say "Egypt" for a country in Africa and so will half the room; say "Eswatini" and your rocket heads for deep space. It turns every question into a little game of guessing what everyone else will say.
Everyone can play
There are no multiple-choice options to race for: everyone just types something they know, so kids, grandparents and the person who never wins a quiz all have a chance. Spelling slips are forgiven, so a typo doesn’t cost a good answer.
Made for parties and holidays
It works for a Christmas or New Year’s Eve party, a birthday, a family get-together or a pub quiz night. A round takes five to ten minutes, and the same code starts the next round straight away while everyone stays on the pad.
Learn a little space on the way
Every point flies the rocket further past real places at real distances: the International Space Station, the Moon, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn and out to the edge of the observable universe, with facts along the way.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes, hosting and playing are free. There is an optional one-time Spaceillion+ unlock for unlimited solo games; you don’t need it to host a quiz night.
How do I get it on my TV?
Open Mission Control on a laptop connected to the TV, or cast the browser tab to the TV. Everyone answers on their own phone.
How many people can play?
As many as you have phones in the room: a family, a party or a whole pub.
Do players need an app or an account?
No. They join in the phone’s browser with the code on the TV and type a name.
Can I play too?
The host runs the quiz from the big screen. If you want everyone, you included, to play on their own phone, start a Launch Party instead: same game, no big screen needed.
How long does a game take?
Five to ten minutes for 5 to 10 questions, and you can start another round with the same code.
Can I pick the questions?
Yes. Choose a topic for random questions, or hand-pick up to 12 from the question library in your own order.
